What's the general rule for douche bags that spam the voice chat in servers? Particularly the racist redneck type?

Lots of spammers on Dallas 11 last night.

Most were just making annoying noises but 1 guy, TommyHU, was the racist redneck.

His timing was terrible. I was in the middle of crawling to the army tents in Stary in the middle of what seemed to be 100 zombies and a bandit sniper threat when he began his "N" word rant. I wasn't able to mute him right away. With the popularity of DayZ i guess this is to be expected, unfortunately.
