no scope when zoomed with scope rifles ?

ok im stumped.. why is it when i zoom in (right mouse) in first person view the rifles with scopes dont actualy let me see throu the scope.

all i get is a ironsight type zoom..

pretty sure ive seen youtube footage of guys with sniper type rifles zooming in throu the scope..

i cant seem to find what im missing..this is the CZ rifle you find in barns btw.

Its the worse sniper in the game I hear. I never found one but, that is probably why.

all you do is tap the right mouse button, if you hold it you zoom in without the scope.
