I was on top of the Hospital in Chernogorsky when someone randomly walked up the ladder. I decided to kill him cause I wanted his stuff, plus It's always fun kill. Too bad he didnt have anything good.

3 blood bags... what good will that do u? I prefer going out into the wild and hunting animals to up my blood. It works incredibly well. Went from 3000 blood to 12000 in probably 10min.

Yeah it would probably be better to do that if I were playing alone, but I'd rather have someone just do a blood transfusion when I'm playing with friends.
