Serial number error

When I try to join a server it gives me the error "Bad serial number given by Setup".Any suggestions?

Exit steam, open as administrator.

Go to games library, find Arma II, right click and properties > Local files.

Then proceed to click Verify integrity of game cache, something should pop up then.

After that open Arma II. Then exit it.

After this do the same to Operation Arrowhead.

This should fix your problems
