Would it be possible for me to play Dayz if I have Arma II on one Steam account, and Arma II: OA on another? Or no? Because my steam account cannot accept gifts ( Arma II OA )and it is annoying

Yes its possible. You would launch it through SIX launcher and it would combine them. I bought my ARMA II from Amazon and my OA from steam. It would work, just dont go through steam to play the game.
