Fix for "Gamespy Master Server Error"

-Roll back to 95248 then w/o starting server

-move to 95389 then again DO NOT start your server

-move to 95417

- change your config to reflect 95417 and forced then start server

- after it starts it will do a battle eye update from 1.67 to 1.68 then the server will go back down on its own

- then restart the server and it works for me even though the restart still gives the gamespy master serv error

works for me and the people in my hosts support TS, the problem is BE updating to 1.68 if it doesnt do that your serv will be blocked still. Also I still go the master serv error when i restarted again but i am up with 15 ppl in serv for 30min now.
