This player keeps logging in and out ...I finally kicked him and if he keeps doing it would like to ban, as he has no reason to be logging in and out over and over within a such a short period.

What are players doing when they are logging in and out like this?

He may be getting error messages. When he's in lobby try to contact him through global.

Or... He may be trying to crash your server which I find actually that funny, people tried to do it to my server heaps and it did NOTHING to it.

It is also a way to get rid of the graphical glitch with wire fences and such, DC and RC and they go away most times, or maybe glitch refill of his amo maybe.

You could look in the "server_console.log" file on your server. There you can see all connects and disconnects with name and ID.

Likely he is duping. Unfortunately you cant do much about it. I message him in global and question his motives.

Well, perhaps he's at NW, or Balota, and he's trying to dispel some of the graphical artifacts that make those areas unplayable.

I have those issues also and have never left the game so many times to clear it up, and if hes parked there then he's trying to force respawn on items and or duping! (imho)
