[FORUM] Certain buttons not working

When I try to change my avatar, I click on import and nothing happens. I can't click on my name in the top right c orner either, and some other buttons. Is this happening just to me?

@edit In fact, nearly NO buttons work. Quote doesnt work so I have to use bbcode and do it manually, post in quick reply doesn't work.. what is this sorcery

Bump >.< It's alright on Firefox, but it doesn't work on Chrome.
