Does anyone know whats going on with the Graphic glitches (screen tears)? It only happens for me and all the people i know near Military areas? Its REALLY annoying, does anyone know whats going on with them and whats going to be done about these?

Ye, everyone gets the glitching textures. Anything done about this? As far as i know, nothing. But it will be fixed eventually for sure! :)
