FPS issues virtually unplayable

Since the most the recent patch, my fps have dropped drastically, I can play almost all games max settings and on single player i can play with full settings however as soon as I join a DayZ server I get about 7-10fps making it unplayable.

Really hope someone can tell me a way of fixing this or that it will be fixed soon. Anyone else been having FPS issues?

yes this still happens its why I havnt played in 3 dayz :) sometimes its fine then other times wow cant even turn around its so slow, Apparently it was fixed but I guess not.
