Want to get beta patch out of window mode

I was having problems with day z and i was told to install the beta patch and i saw on the day z page that i would download a file and run it to play but it only plays in window mode and cant maximize whic means i can barely see anything. Can someone please help me.

Press Alt + Enter to switch between full screen and windowed mode.

If you want to disable the windowed mode permanently, you have to edit the "_runA2CO_beta.bat". There's a line where the following is written (Steam Version):


call "%_ARMA2OAPATH%\Expansion\beta\ARMA2OA.exe" "-mod=%_ARMA2PATH%;EXPANSION;ca" "-mod=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion" -window -nosplash -cpuCount=2 -exThreads=7 %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9

Delete the "-window".
