Logged into server and everything is gone

I logged into a server and logged in with nothing but my primary inventory items and my secondary inventory items. I lost ALL my other slots (Coyote backpack completely missing, weapons gone, GPS and all the tools gone and my binocular/NVG slot items are gone.

I then goto to a -different- server (a server i pay for from dayzhosting.com) with a friend and the same exact thing happened to him.

Has anyone else experienced this?

nope but i went to servers with tents and camps and they just vanish after a restart...some still haven't reappeared....this mod is just fucked.
