Semi-Server-dependant performance

Hi,

The Server in Question is: DE 818. I got a friend of mine on whichs computer (which is even worse than mine) on this particular server the framerate is very nice. Whereas I get 5 fps on this server in towns. I kid you not. I can count the frames it draws in a second :P.

The quesstion is: I was aware of the fact that some servers have worse performance than others. But I thought it was, like, global for all players. But how can it be that he has good fps with a worse system than me on this server?

Edit: I noticed that the performance is fine, but as soon as I am about 5 minutes on the server the performance drops gradually until 5fps/unplayable (in towns. On the field/forest it is playable but still way under usual performance)
