I try to type flush with shift - and it helps on artifacts, but what does it exactly do?

flush makes you're dirty deeds go away,

as i understand it, it flushes the video memory

Press left Shift + NumPad -. Type in flush and hit enter. This will restart the rendering system.

In theory, it makes the shit all over your screen go away. Never works for me though, too messy for flushing.

Why don't you just change the video memory setting in video options then change it back? that fixes the flying shit across screen

Must be a fix for the better GFx cards then cause it fixes it for everyone i know...
