Server Bug Cars always despawn

We have buyed a Server and want to build a camp but every time we repair a vehicle the vehicle is despawned at the next Server restart to the Spawnpoint of the Vehicle or the Vehicle transforms into a another Vehicle like the Bus transforms to a Bycicle or the Boat to a ATV.

We dont know why this happend but we try it ervery day but the Vehicles are always gone.

And the only Answer from the Support is: "A simple server restart should bring them back. Sometimes they don't load properly if you're experiencing connections issues." But this cant be because we try it since the server started and it happens every time.

The only Problem can be at the Hive not the Server because the Hive manage all the Spawns.

I hope anyone can help us.
