Military vechicle spawns disabled on server?

Hey DayZ community!

A friend of mine and me have been playing on the same server for almost 3 weeks. On that server, we´ve got a camp with almost all civilian vehicles except the blue van and the red car. The thing is, we haven´t seen or found any military vehicles yet, for example the UAZ or the Military Offroad, to us, it seems like as if they weren't on the server. Neither have we heard/seen a chopper yet. I know that they might be hidden very well, but as I said, we have almost all other vehicles, but we haven't seen any of the military ones. Is it possible to disable military vehicle spawns on servers? I would ask the server admin, but I can't find a possibillity to contact him. Can you guys give me an answer?

Nope... Impossible, the Vehicles are managed directly from the Dev team, on the main servers, nothing us admins can do about it... You must be facing a case of people camping outside the map with those vehicles, I wont be surprised if they were... Now the UH is already spawning somewhere where people usually don't look, most of the people u see in a heli either hacked it in, or used ESP hacks to find those helicopters... I said most not all, and why do I say that? Simply because the location where the UH1H spawns is the place where no one even dared to venture to... Because the location has literally nothing... and u lose everything if you dare step into water.

But in 3 days of the helicopters being added, everyone already owned a chopper, I found mine north of gorka almost completely red, in under 24 hours of choppers being released, until a hacker took the heli in no more than 24 hours, and crashed it somewhere... Thats DayZ for you. So if your looking for the UAZ or the offroad, its practically impossible to find them until like 1-2 weeks after they have been destroyed, some hackers do that when they come in just to destroy legit vehicles, for some laugh's :)

To be honest, a hacker doesn't seem very likely to me, in the 3 weeks we have been playing on the server, we haven't seen a single one of them. I thought, that parking vehicles outside the map won't save them? Isn't it the debug zone, where nothing can be saved? Why is it impossible to find them 1-2 weeks after they have been destroyed? I don't get the point, sorry. :P

Even if it was the truth that they spawned on chance, where can I see the possibillity of a chopper spawn at one of the known locations? Does anything like this even exist? I never heard any chopper since the last update on that specific server, it seems very unlikely to me that no chopper has spawned yet since the last update.
