I destroyed a chopper due to server lag, it´s completely gone.

battleye kicked me and a friend in the air because of an failed update...

After Server restart chopper spawns in the air and crashes to ground... After a few restart no chopper spawned there again

It respawns where it crashed only in one case, if everyone in the chopper disconnected.

Otherwise it will be destroyed and respawned at it´s actual spawnpoint. Am I right?

yes.. would be interesting weather they take as long as cars to respawn
