Never actually had a pair looking to trade a saw with 2-3 clips for a pair.

Ways to get NVGs, ranked by likelihood of getting what you want:

1. Kill somebody who has them. I've gotten the majority of my NVGs this way.

2. Loot a vehicle or tent where somebody has stashed them. There will probably be more than one set in there since duping is a popular DayZ sidequest. I've gotten a couple this way.

3. Be the first to scavenge a downed helicopter. I've never found any this way but supposedly down helicopters have them in their loot table.

4. Loot military barracks at NWAF. I've probably hit both of these over 100 times and never seen NVGs. I've gotten a camo svd once in all those trips, but no NVGs.
