Stream got trolled by hacker.

So hacker came into my regular server from my stream (someone on TS said a name of a guy in the group) Killed us all, smashed our 10 tents, destroyed chopper, vehicles, all of that shit. However, since I didn't freak out and delog, at the end he "spawned" a bunch of vehicles and weapons to my camp. Question is how do I know if the vehicles are able to be used, second, I had NV, Range finder, GPS, Ghillie prior to him comming in, however lost in the ocean where he spawned me. All the gear he stuck on me after is stuff I already had, Can I get in trouble for using it? I spent 3 weeks with my group getting our camp set, can I be banned for using all of the equpiment he "replaced" after destroying my camp?

You can't get banned for using hacked stuff, well that's what I've been hearing all over the forums so use them. I would just use the items that are only used in DayZ itself just to make sure

as long as the gear that you use is legal in the game, you cant get banned. for example if a hacker spawns a m4a1 your fine to use it, but if he spawns a gun that should not be in dayz, then thats when you can get in trouble.
