Survives appearing to teleport

Date/Time:Today realtime, day time game-time

What happened: it happened twice.

1. hiding in SW airfield, hanger closest to the control tower, see a guy run in, I fire a heaps of mp5 rounds into him, more than enough, see blood shooting out of him while i am shooting. i reload in case his not alone, as i am, i see the same guy, (same name) standing just outside the hanger and then he shoots me in the head, as im bleeding out i notice he is fine, not lossing blood or even hurt. I had a clear view and he didn't walk out the hanger.

2. then I re-spawn and attempt to go get my old gear. In the same hanger i was having a handgun duel with a surviver, a shipping container separated us. I saw him run from behind the container towards the back of the hanger, i go to line up the shot but now i notice his disappeared and is now on the other side of the container and has lined me up. He kills me. On chat i tell him what i saw and he comments that it seemed to easy and that i seem distracted.

I was on an Ausarma server with 50 ping as i live local.
