CD keys and missing DLC files help

I know i have both CD keys on my computer, this is not a problem. I have steam ARMA 2, ARMA2OA, PMC and BAF on 1st account and Combined ops on 2nd account.

My problem is when I try to load up my second account. I get the PMC and BAF missing files decryption error. But if I was to uninstall my DLC and reinstall them with my new CD key loaded it would work ok.

How do I get it to run my DLCs on both keys?

OR am I just going to have to run both accounts with no PMC or BAF?
