Hacker on DayZ BR

My buddies and I were flying around in our Huey on the server DayZ BR, and we were near Vybor and Kabanino when I see another heli flying towards us, so we start unloading on it. We kill the gunner then shortly after the enemy heli plummets to the ground and explodes. However the pilot, named Rick Astley, did not pop up as dead. I was on the ground with a friend, while the other 4 of us were in the air in our chopper. All of a sudden the pilot gets sniped by an AS50 and they crash to the ground and explode, but everyone aborted before it hit the ground. I started sneaking up on the enemy heli crash and I notice him looking at me and he starts unloading with his AS50, but I was safe behind a hill, but as I moved closer he started opening up on me with a grenade launcher, but I didn't understand how he knew my position as I was prone in the grass on the other side of a small hill (I could see the crashed chopper but it would have been almost impossible to see me where I was at from his position). Then, he drives at me with an SUV out of nowhere and runs me over. My friend kills him and after I respawn in Solnichniy, I hear a heli and sure enough it slams into the ground right next to me and I run up telling him to enjoy the ban and he shoots me instantly. Later I was in Cherno (after I changed my name) and as I'm leaving some friendlies I had met in the firestation he slams into the ground again and starts shooting grenades into the firestation but I was safely away and running back to my body in Kabanino/Vybor. When we got back we found a weapon crate next to his crashed helicopter. He had an AS50 TWS, PDW SD, and M4A1 Holo SD M203. His gunner that we killed also had an AS50 TWS. I have most of this on film except for him crashing in Cherno and the weapon crate/his body at the heli. Here is the video:

Sorry about the swearing in the video I was a little miffed that we were killed by a hacker instead of fairly killed by a skilled player.

Yeah after you got run over he was trying to run me over also, so I just got close to it as I could and he got out so I just sprayed him.
