Forum Messenger has stopped working?

I can't see any "contact a moderator" options, so I'm asking here for help. Last night my Messenger envelope at the top of the screen stopped work and I still can't access my messages. I click and it just goes blank.

Anyone know who to report it to or what I need to do?
