Cooking attracts zeds?

Someone has probably thought of this before but i haven't seen anything about it on the forum so ill just go ahead and write my idea.

I think that zombies should be attracted by the smell of food being cooked.

As it is right now you can just gut any animal, cook the food and still be alive. As long as you are in the middle of the woods or not near a town with zombies in it, you're safe.

Wouldn't it be cool if you and your friends set up camp and start cooking food and all of a sudden a hoard of zombies start walking towards you to investigate what is giving of the scent.

This would work good if there's ever going to be player owned towns/territories and would give the players a harder reason to protect their territories.
