New cannot play/edit error ...

How this one looks :

I have both arma 2 and arma OA , , the folder @dayz and addons in it are activated in arma2 launcher .

I have not seen this problem with other mods .

Original addons folder is clean as I know ( no unofficial files here ) .

Any suggestions how to make this working ?

p.s I looked other threads too figured out it may be one of original files , but I dont find any file like this too ...

This is single player mission ( I am not sure is this one official , but it was in forums too ) , I have not played MP mission because of several problems ( Low pc , unstable / really slow internet connection and several others what completely ruin any try to play something online or even use internet ) and I prefer SP too ( no PVP , lag and so on )

DayZ cannot be played in single player unfortunatelly. Try giving one of the servers a go and see if it works.

The error message sais that the game is missing the character from the "private military contractors"-dlc. You don't need to own this particular dlc to make it work, but it suggests that you don't have the latest Arma2 patch (1.6) installed since that introduced compatibility of arma 2 with the added DLCs.

maybe it is because I have no combined operations ? only standalone arma 2 and arma 2 OA ?

Combined operations is both Arma 2 and OA.
