Hacker in DE 1284

So a friend and I were driving in a pickup truck north along the west side of the map. All of a sudden a giant explosion goes off behind us like a satchel charge. Right away I thought it was probably a hacker since we were in a very remote part of the map. Several minutes later and several KM down the road and I see 2 satchels in the road in front of me. I quickly dodged them and went off-road and they exploded, destroying the car, but luckily not us. Clearly with how separated these 2 areas were and with having to use remote detonation this was the work of a cheater.

This happened in DE 1284 @ ~11:50 CST [GMT -6]
