How do you check the server name and how many players are on that server while I'm IN GAME? Which button should i press?

"i" brings up the scoreboard in-game, but not all servers have it enabled. If you use DayZCommander to launch the game (and I recommend this) not only will it keep a list of recent servers you have been on, but you can simply look at the server you clicked to join (and you can mouse-over the number of players on the server and see the names).
