Most fun Ive had - Props to dudes at Electro who shot us and took truck

Wow, what a day of Dayz!!!!

It started off with my friend asking me to show him how to play the game, he had no idea where he was, long story short we finally found out where he was (cherno) so I came down south at Electroz.

He was on the mountain side in Cherno so I got on the mountain side and started to head over there. What do I see out of the corner of my eye at the farm north of Electroz? A bike! Ima ll excited as I have a bike on another server to and I just love them. As I am about to leave I see a Truck to!

I check whats in the truck and its a GOLD mine, 3 guille suites, 2 night vision goggles, a few guns, some ammo and 7 things of gas. The truck had issues though, so I went to grab the stuff I needed and came back to it to fix it up. It really felt like someone had parked this thing to go look for parts to it in Electroz or something. I then go to pick up my buddy, hes all excited to try a different gun out and what not. Then another friend msgs me, asks if I can pick up him and his friend, so we go pick em up past bolata and then head up north. I forgot one thing, on the way to pick up the other two people I got sick and started to cough, so my one friend ran a bit away and guarded the truck whiel I ran to hospital in Cherno PRAYING to find some Antbiotics (which I luckily find) and we are on our way.

We hit up a crashed heli and I find NVG (only 2nd ones ive ever found on heli crash) and grab some food which we need. They then have to log off so they do. Me and my newbie friend then keep hitting up cities up north. We get to a building near a marketplace and grab a bunch of things, I go up on the top to see if anyone is around and what do I see? A truck!! Going right towards where we had parked ours!

So we start to shoot at this other truck to scare it off and it turns around in a hurry and gets away. Thanksfully they didnt get our truck full of goodies though.

Then we head towards stary and on the way we see a blue truck sitting near a small building, I tell my friend "Dude! Looks like another truck! Lets check it!". As soon as we get in our truck to go see it we noticed people running back into it and taking off in a hurry. I think they saw us and didnt want to get the truck jacked (same as us) so we went another way aswell.

We head down south again for some fun, the server is bout to restart so we hide the truck somewhere and save it, then I get back on 10mins later and another friend msg's me I tell him about the adventures, so he logs on and i go find him in cherno and pick him up. We get him a few things then leave towards electroz where the bike was that I saw. Its not there so we leave up north and what do we see? an ATV! we drive towards it and they get out and shoot, I run over one of them (I though maybe two) but the second one somehow shot me and my buddy threw the window.

So one of there guys dead and me and my friend dead. They got all the stuff and the vehicle, but you know what? That was the most fun I have had in ages, just so many crazy things happened during these 5 hours today.

If either of you two ATV dudes who got that truck are on these forums, CHEERS! That was impressive!

When I first foudn that truck I though maybe it was a hacked one because of the guille suites (never seen that many in one spot before), but then again me and my friends a month ago had gotten 4 vehicles full of even better stuff (minus the ghuille suits) so it could have been legit, Im not to sure. I just stumbled upon a truck full of goodies and thats how the day went (:

We then started again adn actually saw the two guys on the atv after druinvg towards cherno to grab the truck and what not. We played for another hour, got some good things and then both got shot on the way to electro to see if our bodies or truck was there lol.

Anyways, sorry for the long post, was just an epic day of Dayz! Game rules! Even with all the crappy artifacts near military stuff.

Well there was a ton of guns to, not just guille suits and NVG's.

Also anotehr reason why I thought it was maybe hacked later on was because there was a bike, truck and two BOATS near this farm, add that on top of everything else and im not 100% sure it was a legit vehicle. Who knows though. I had fun today thats all that matters.

Im sure the dudes who got us are having a blast to (:

Thanks for leaving us some medical supplies and a few other things when we started over again. Its not much compared to all the goodies we had in the truck we found but hey, it helped us starting over!

If either of you ATV soldiers ever see this thread :)

Hey kozzy,

I was actually the guy that shot you both north of Elektro. We found the ATV sideways on the docks and with a little maneuvering we flipped it back to normal. We started heading north out of Elektro and just after passing the power plant we look to the left and see you guys in the V3S barrelling through the field between the barn and the power plant, right at us. I had a mark 48 so my first instinct was to get out and just light the vehicle up in hopes of making it explode. I got out and started firing, my friend got out but there's that second or two lag where you can't move right after you get out of a vehicle, and you guys crushed him, his body went flying up sniper hill. Then you guys turned away from me, down towards Elektro and I thought you were going to get away. Then suddenly the vehicle stops and I see a death message (driver aka OP). My bullets must have landed. The other guy got out of the passsenger side, bleeding, and went prone immediately but I fired a couple bullets into him and he was down as well. I was pretty terrified at that point since we were right between sniper hill and counter sniper hill, so I hastily hopped in the V3S (without even looting your bodies) and got the hell out of there. My friend ended up getting a decent spawn and got back and grabbed the ATV in time. We left your bodies unhidden with your loot on it in case you came back since we had no intention of sticking around.

After that we found a spot in the woods to hide for the night, we used both vehicles for another day or two before they got stolen. It was definitely one of the most intense experiences I've had in DayZ so far so thank you guys for contributing to it! Good times!
