Stuck with sprint

So I recently started playing Day Z and Im stuck sprinting unless I hold Shift, I understand this is backwards. I have tried changing my controls around and I would really appreciate some help.

Double tap shift to stop it :D

Double tapping most keys in ArmA2/OA/DayZ will toggle it constantly on.

Ive done this. Its on every time I spawn, since the first time I played.

Go into your options in the main menu. Then controls. Delete all the bindings for the always run on key. (it's probably in the infantry keys list)

assign a new key to it...might help "clear" that its on.
