Mphlol 16 Posted August 3, 2012 Hello there everyone,I just bought ARMA 2 and Operation Arrowhead off of Steam and have just finished downloading them both. I understand that I need to launch both games up to the menu before I think about playing DayZ. I launched ARMA 2 up to the menu with no issue, but when I try and launch Operation ArrowHead, the loading bar loads up and and error comes up saying...No entry 'bin/config.bin/CfgInGameUI/MPTable.shadowThis error than dissapears after pressing okay and I get another error saying...Error compiling pixel shader PSSpecularAlpha:0This isn't even an issue with getting DayZ to work, I can't even launch Operation Arrowhead from Steam to load up to the menu. If anyone has any solution to this, I would love to hear it.Thank You.

Mphlol 16 Posted August 3, 2012 (edited) Run Steam as Admin I have run Steam as an Admin and this did not fix the issue. Perhaps I need to run that game through Steam as an admin? I can't find an option to run the game it'self as an admin though. Edited August 3, 2012 by Mphlol
KennyNZ 121 Posted August 3, 2012 To run the game itself as an admin, you go into your C drive, program files, steam etc etc and find the exe in there.

I researched and found out running everything as admin fixes this.If you want to try this, put this as the launch options for Operation Arrowhead in Steam: "-mod=C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\ArmA 2;EXPANSION;ca-nosplash"Please copy the quotes too.
Ultim8burrito 0 Posted August 5, 2012 @dcskill I put in the launch options, but I get the error "Wrong code" or something similar to that (don't remember exactly). I checked 10 times and the code I put in is EXACT to yours. Please help! <_<
