Illegal access of RCon? Banable?

A player (67089ce4c5d9343b7de9e47d5e7a06c4) connected to our RCon and sent a message ("Hello") to the server as an RCon admin. Is this banable?

Use your best judgement if this guy is sending Rcon messages through your server and can shut it down at will.. then of course it is.

You dont have to tolerate anything you dont want to... hacking and racism. Boom gone.
