Vehicle won't fully repair

Hi,

We crashed with our S1203 van, and we repaired everything except a few windows.

But the only thing that seems repaired are the 2 left wheels. Everything that was first in red is now green though.

We can't enter the vehicle, nor can we get in it's gear.

Is the vehicle unusable after you crashed it, while you still can repair it?
