Feature Request: Lootable Debris Piles

Ever seen those debris piles at the side of a road where you can clearly see a tire or jerry can as part of it?

- Have these as lootable piles

- Add a little more immersion with the idea that your rummaging through a pile and find the parts you need in it

- The piles wouldn't always have to have the items you can see in the model in it

- Think of the pile as a dead body you can loot

[stretch Goal] - Allow car trunks on the damaged vehicle models to be searched

**More things to search can only be a good thing.
