Game sounds much louder than in game chat, struggle to hear anyone!

Recommended Posts

Hi, I'm relatively new to the game and when playing with others I know I use Skype to talk to them. However when playing by myself talking to other plays is what makes it fun, but the games sounds almost completely drown out the other players microphone (zombie screams, bushes rustling etc). I've messed around with the volume settings but it seems to make everything louder rather than just other players voices. It's not just certain individuals running there microphone sensitivity down, or is doesn't seem like it as its the same for everybody. Is there a way to fix this as it's really off-putting when wanting to play myself :(

Check audio options bottom two are for voice (I think bottom one your miq, the one above all the others) just put the rest lower and up that.
