How to report hacker with nameplates off?

I typically play on servers without nameplates, is there a way I can get a player's name or report a hacker without being able to see their name?

Is there a way to get the name of a player that killed you?

I imagine if I report a hacker based on just server # and time of day I'll get yelled at.

If you do not have nameplates and report a potential hacker with server # time and details and get yelled at, presumably by the server admin... I think it is time to find a new server.

Screw the server and it's admin, just tell everyone not to go to that server and watch nature takes it's toll.
