4 hours? You neglect to say how long it's going to take to id the server aren't you?

IT'S BEEN 6 DAYS SINCE I ORDERED A SERVER WITH THIS PROVIDER

I am giving you guys one more day. If you don't get your act together I'm going with another hoster and demanding a refund.

Looking at our order queue I see two orders on the 10th one was set up within 4 hours and the other we received a cancellation request the next day. If you would like to pm me your info I will look into it further but posting false information on our thread should get you reported. We also offer the option to cancel and receive a full refund if you would like to cancel please log into your client area and submit a cancellation request. We would be more than happy to refund any payment.Normally our refund policy is 3 days but due to the wait time setting up the instance id we would waive that policy on dayz servers if you do not want to wait. We are also pro rating the next due date to the date the server goes active. Everybody knows by now we have no control over when servers will be whitelisted and I did post we had some instances available and we still do in certain locations.

You also did not read my post very well as it states:

If you order a server from the UK then yes it would have been 72 hours but as of today your looking at around 10 days last time I checked.

No 10 day wait on these!

I'd also like to post that we are offering a free beta setup of Battleye Extended Controls with every server. If your not familiar with it you can read about it here:

You just need to request the service through our support system after your game server is set up. Were avid gamers ourselves and we can't stand cheaters either so anything that helps is a good thing.
