Can't run DayZ

Hi I purchased combined operations from amazon, I also have Worrom's Day Z updater. When I start the game, there is no mention of the Day Z mod application. I have already entered all the info needed in the Target area, in both steam and on the shortcut on my desktop and neither will run Day Z.

Help I have been trying to figure this out all day, and so far nothing has helped!!!!!!!!

Do you see DayZ under the expansions tab on the main menu? If you've done everything right then it's most likely just not enabled there yet.
