Escaping the Debug Forest

I read people saying run 2KM east...

Cant somebody clarify what this means? What direction is east when I'm in the middle of a forest? I followed some 3000M objective marker and found water, is this what they spoke of?

That's part of my confusion because I didnt think there was a way out other than getting in to the game.

no, you can run out of it, and yes you need to head east pretty much

While running EAST you should get a message saying "Id 10T" Just click ok and keep running, it just means our getting close :)

I got stuck in this once, actually a few days ago. So I ran north for about 30 min, until I asked inside chat if anyone has gotten out of debug forest, and they said just go east they just helped someone get out. So I tried it and it put me in Skalka (top west part of map) I guess debug forest is north of Kamenka and going east takes you to the west part of the map.
