deaf in game

ok, so i am deaf in game i got hit by a zombie passed out and now i can only hear things within 3 meters of me.

is this a bug or is it an actual in game side effect form being hit in the head(if so how long does it last?).

For me and my friends its a bug. Leaving the server(lobby and all) then re joining would fix the issue for us.

Its a side effect of being very low on blood (~<4k ish?) - eat or get transfused.

i was down to 6k blood, then i ate now im at full blood. the effect is still there

Well it should go back to normal then after a bit (takes a few sec AFAIK) if not try the other one!

i don't think its a bug. it has happen to me after i got hit in head with a bottle and some time's by zeds .how long it last idk some times 5 mins to when ever ,but after i log out and come back to play some more its back
