I fell through the floor after logging in

Date/Time: 5/24/12, 10:25 PM EST, Dallas 4 server I believe

What happened: I had previously logged out on the second floor of a tower in Devil's Castle. When I logged back in, about 20 minutes later, I immediately fell through the 2nd floor and landed on the first, becoming knocked out, break bones, and losing about seven thousand points of blood. I logged out in a safe place and almost died when I came back in. Because my bones are broken, I am stuck on the first floor of this castle. I don't know what to say, this is very frustrating.

Where you were: 2nd floor of the tower in Devil's Castle.

What you were doing: All I did was log in and I fell and nearly died.

I don't have any specifics but a pal of mine told me about the same problem. He logged in and fell off a mountain. Lol.
