Vehicle Spawning?

A quick question on vechicle spawning, do they respawn on each server restart or is it like a once off thing if the server resets for an update? Also, does each vechicle have a chance of spawning at one of the marked loactions, or do they spawn at all of them.

If the vehicle isn't in use imo being saved then the respawn on a restart.

some spawnpoints are exactly where you see them in them map, some other ones can spawn in that close area, if they have never been saved, they will disappear in the next server reboot, otherwise if it still remains, someone saved them
