How to identify hackers as a server admin?

There have been a few instances now where there have been hackers in my server, and I've done my best to go through logs and identify who they are, but I'm assuming there must be a better way.

A good example would be an incident that happened yesterday. Someone in my server was spawning vehicles and ammo... Multiple players reported to me that they would hear this person over direct voice chat offering them weapons, gear, etc, (all over the map). I looked through chat logs, but found nothing definitive as it appears he was primarily using voice.

I have to imagine there's a way to see the spawning of these items, but I don't know what it is.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Most use a bypass that doesn't even log in BattlEye logs. I've turned on tags on my server and that has helped some. I see a hacker or have a trusted player report it and they're banned easier.

Ok... I have tags on as well... unfortunately, no one that I've talked to caught the guy's name. I downloaded the "DayZ RPT Helper" which does clean up the logs a lot and makes it easier to review them for an individual user.

I have a log file I could really use some help with. If there's someone out there who is experienced with interpreting the RPT files, who would be kind enough to jump in my Vent server with me for a sec, I would really appreciate it. If anyone is up for it, please PM me and I'll send you the info.
