Turning Down Game Volume?

Hi, I have a youtube account and was looking to record video but the recording software I'm using (Fraps) records the game sounds and the commentary on the same sound file so there is no way to turn it down after the fact.

The sound from the game on the audio file is extremely loud and you can barely hear my voice.

Can someone please tell me a way to turn down the ingame sound from inside the game? Thanks!

Err, audio options> turn down the sound FX. Standard stuff.
