Zombies cannot cross railroad tracks.

Recommended Posts

Date/Time: 5/24/2012 ~6:00pm

What happened: I ran around and gathered every zombie I could find in town, after I crossed the tracks, they refused to follow me. A few ran around trying to find paths but ended up going back to the group who had already given up.

Where you were: No idea, it was a big town near where I spawned.

What you were doing: Running around gathering zombies.

*Current installed version: 1.5.8.4

*Server(s) you were on: North America 1, I think?

*Your system specs: Windows 7 64 bit, AMD 965 processor, Radeon HD 5850 video card, 12gb ddr3 1600

It looks as if you were on a part of a pier in the second pic. It is known that they will not go on any pier that is concrete. I safe haven of sorts for you.

I actually realized this after playing some more. Is it intended for them to not be able to go on those piers, or a bug?

I've had zombies chase me on piers before, though I think they spawned on top of the cement so that's probably why, maybe they're unable to run onto it.
