I found a Horn on dead body..?

So I was in one of those barns with the two sets of stair on each side, and came across a body on the top of one side. Now he had a lot of gear and a nice Alice bag, but I then noticed he was carrying a "Horn". It had no icon beside it, and the text was aligned the same as other items. Any ways, I clicked the arrow to add to my gear, and I did not see it get added... I looked over n' over again and nothing.

Does anyone know what this, "Horn" is? Was it maybe hacked?

Sorry about not getting a screen shot, as I haven't taken one before in Arma.
