Stuck at "Loading Bar" as its full... BattlEye kick #55?

Was playing on my friends server (with 30+ people or so...) and I saw a boat along the shore up north. Where a boat doesn't spawn, so it belonged to someone. However, it was parked on the shore... sideways.. very odd position for a boat, not sure how the person got it into that angle. Anyways, I jump in the boat and out of nowhere my legs are broken/fractured, I get "(Name) has died." and I get disconnected.. error #55. Now, whenever I reconnect, my Loading Bar gets to 100% on the "Loading" screen with the white bar, then stops, and according to server admin (my friend) who is watching the server console, I get BE Kick #55... I've tried different servers and stuff.. no luck.. help?

It's an issue that's been rampant in the past couple of days when a player is in a vehicle that blows up.
