Link in game chat with Noise level

It would be awesome to link in-game chat/communication to the Noise level/meter. Basically the louder you talk, the higher the meter goes, just like running/walking/crouching, etc.

It would defintely add another layer of tension to the game if that was added and the impact on team dynamics would be a challenge, especially considering how so many people are prone to yelling in voice chat, especially when things get crazy.

Not sure if it does it, based on how loud you are talking. But it does do it.
