|Question|Gear balancing?

So recently i came across a FN FAL and a bison SD, enough mags for both.

I was already carrying an AS50 And an akm, the sniper rifle was too huge and too sniperish for my style so i figuered its a good trade Vs the bison.

and somehow I chose to ditch my trusty akm for the fn fal..

So what do you guys think about this "balance" for a loner.

Oh and AKM Vs FN FAL. what would you choose ups and downs?

All opinions will be gladly accepted, no need to be polite, I can take it, and probobly deserve it.

Honestly, the AS50 is quite a amazing sniper if YOU the user are skilled with it. *could've traded it...* However, the FN Fal is excellent vs PvP while Bizon is quite good vs Zombies. Only aim for headshots, however the M4A1 SD is many, many times better then the Bizon. Tougher to find though, but they're around, I have 3 or so.

However depending on your playstyle, I believe the following kit is quite strong

AS50 + M4A1 SD + M9 SD

M4A1/A3 + SVD + M9 SD

M16A4 Acog + M4A1/A3/SD + M9SD

For a lone wolf these are ideal because of the overall balance of range and silence, IE for zombies. However these guns can be replaced with the Bizon/etc, however the Bizon shoots BB's in a firefight (800 DMG) vs (2100) of the M4A1 SD. So be warned CQC you're at a true disadvantage.

AS50 is awesome because it's British. It's quiet in the game for players for some reason lol. One shot kills I run around with it 90% of the time and AKM as alternate bored of M4 SD now.

Yeah - FAL is nice however I prefer to hold a sniper for those long range engagements. Would have left with the bizon/sniper personally for zombies/players respectively.

FAL has much nicer ironsights, and I believe has much higher damage also (although AKM still one shots zombies). It does however have the lower mag size and I think increased noise. Still would take over AKM

Yes my initial thought was to trade it since I am no sniper altought I LOVE using snipers the whole expeirence of calculating the distance of the target is rich :P.

But like I said my sniping skills are too low for me to be carrying one, I was not aware of how much the as50 is wanted, and crash sites are quite the opportunity for loners with no vehicles...so I just took my chances..

when i thought about the bison, it was for zeds mainly, meaning head shots, but if you are offering me a M4A1 SD then sure why not, I gladly accept :D

AS50 is only as awesome as the user's skills, im no pvper anyhow.

Yap my guess is ill switch over to an akm when i get the chance...

Hmm my conlusion is to get a silenced side arm, one of those highend raries that nirvana talked about...

and i guess ill work on my sniper skills..but ill never use the AS50..

I "took" it from a guy who was camping at hill pointing a military base (not judging) which i was going to so i had to patrol the area first, and so i saw from about 100meters away a bigass cannon saying hello from the bushes it was hillrious, had enough time to take out the m14 and pop the guy.

the small dmr is just fine I guess

I meant crap compared to AKM but everyone prefers different sights. Bizon is quite nice actually.

AS50 + Bison is an all around good combo, but the Fn Fal packs a mega punch. Either way, the Fal and Bison ammo are hard to come by; primarily obtained at crash sights.
