Hacker on US 838 LA

Time: 10:06-10:26ish Pacific time zone

What happened: Was in electro supermarket with another fresh spawn and a guy fully geared out with a hacked camo and fn fal, etc walked in and shot the other guy. I proceed to put two pellet shells into him with my double barrel and he doesnt start bleeding or anything, He charged me and was point blank when I put another shell into his chest and then he shot and killed me. Next spawn I ran into the supermarket and caught footage for just a few seconds of his camo after he killed me (linked below). Server logs show that he was teleporting all over the map while keeping all of his gear. Also, spawn after that I was running and I broke my leg randomly (not sure if related to hacker).
