Recently Picked Up Items Poofing.

So a friend lent me a rangefinder and some nightvision goggles to hold on to while he went into Electro as I gave him sniper support. When we left the server (20-40 minutes later) and joined a new server both of the items were gone. How do you make certain that the items you have in your inventory save? I lost my M4A1 CCO the same way.

Wait, sometimes a long time in a sever before leaving.

There is no way of knowing. Don't get attached to your items, there are still lots of bugs.

I'd love to say "this is alpha" like everyone else does.. but that's just hooey.

Wait, wait a good 20, 30 mins to log. Sometimes it's a desynch issue, sometimes there are too many vehicles active on the server and they cause a weird type of lag, specifically the helicopters.

Also if you log out during a bad connection, increases chances.

I went to a deerstand, found a m104 shotty. Played for 2 hours. Logged out. Logged in. Had it still.

About another hour or so later, im in Cherno, bad lag, Red Chain Link. Logged out. Logged back in. M104 gone. Gutted, but it served me well :)
